I would recommend Aurooj from shape shifters, as she provides a meal plan like no other, you have food you enjoy and loose weight at the same time. She recommends a diet plan as well as guided tips and you will see results is a short space of time. I have tried other diets such at terrain 123 and Atkins and they haven’t worked, the reason why this is successful is because you are losing weight gradually and this is it is sustainable on a long time basis which makes this diet plan successful. Aurooj is also available on a regular basis and if you are unsure she is there to support you. As I did this online, communication was all via WhatsApp which was great and you have that confidence or peace of mind that support is available. I highly recommend this plan and Aurooj.
